In Plain English

We collect very little: anonymous analytics about how the site is used, the details you choose to give us when you book a call or email us, and the website address you type into the Shopify URL Extractor. We never sell personal information.

Who we are

This policy covers the zevops.dev website, operated by ZevOps (MEMEZ LLC), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA. Our apps and browser extensions have their own policies, listed at the end of this page.

What we collect

  • Analytics: Google Analytics records the pages you view, the referring site, your approximate location, and your device and browser, using cookies.
  • Call booking: bookings are handled by Cal.com, which receives your name, email, chosen time and any notes you add.
  • Email: the messages you send to hi@zevops.dev or support@zevops.dev.
  • Shopify URL Extractor: the store address you enter is sent to our server to look up its .myshopify.com address. Your IP address is held in memory briefly for rate limiting. Neither is stored.
  • Ops Debt Calculator: runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us.
  • Client portal: clients who sign in provide an email address and password, handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
  • Hosting logs: our host, Vercel, processes IP addresses and request details to serve and protect the site.

How we use it

To understand which pages are useful, respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver client work, and keep the site secure.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers above (Google Analytics, Cal.com, Google Firebase and Vercel), when required by law, or with your consent. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To access, correct or delete information we hold about you, email hi@zevops.dev.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
