Dosi — family medicine trackerLast Updated: July 6, 2026

In plain English

Dosi stores the medicine and health information you enter so you can track doses for your family. We treat this data as sensitive and private. We do not sell your data or your children's data, and we do not use it for advertising. If you use Dosi without an account, your data stays on your device only.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Dosi ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. Dosi is a tool for tracking medicine doses, illnesses, and incidents for members of your family. By using Dosi, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to provide in the app:

Family profiles

Names or nicknames, and optionally age and weight, for each child or family member you add. Age and weight are used to calculate age- and weight-based dosing guidance.

Health and dosing records

Medicines, doses, times, illnesses, incidents (such as fever, injury, or reaction), and medicine cabinet items you record.

Account information (optional)

If you create an account or sign in with Google, we store your email address and a basic account identifier so we can sync your data across devices and with caregivers you invite.

Where your data is stored

Choose "Continue without an account" and your data is saved on your device only — it is never uploaded to our servers.

If you sign in with Google or an email account, your data is stored securely in the cloud so it can sync across your devices and be shared with caregivers you choose. Data in transit and at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption.

How we use your information

  • To calculate age- and weight-based dosing guidance and safety warnings.
  • To show your dose schedule, history, reports, and medicine cabinet.
  • To sync your data across devices and with caregivers you invite (account users).
  • To provide support when you contact us.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the app.

We do NOT sell your data, and we do NOT use your health data for advertising.

Sharing with caregivers & third parties

Dosi lets you share dose information with caregivers you choose — a partner, babysitter, or grandparent. That sharing happens only when you initiate it.

We use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and authentication providers) to operate the app. These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Children's information

Dosi is designed for parents and caregivers to track medicine for children. Information about children is entered by an adult account holder, who is responsible for that information. Dosi is not directed to children, and children should not use the app directly. We treat all health information about children as sensitive and protect it accordingly.

Your choices & rights

  • View, edit, or delete profiles and records at any time within the app.
  • Use the app without an account to keep all data on your device.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by emailing us at support@zevops.dev.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction, and deletion of your data.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete records or your account, the associated data is removed from our active systems. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Medical disclaimer

Dosi provides general dosing reference information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a pediatrician or pharmacist with questions about your child's medication.
